Kristina Cadwallader.

Transitioning to The Hilliard Corporation, Kristina Cadwallader began her career in customer service quickly excelling. She later transitioned to the Human Resources department as the Risk and Administrative Manager, taking on responsibility for managing Workers’ Compensation and all other business insurance matters for the organization. Kristina then expanded her role to include oversight of all safety programs as the Health, Safety, and Risk Manager. In this capacity, she directed, developed, and implemented comprehensive environmental, health, and safety compliance programs.
Kristina championed continuous improvement initiatives, industrial hygiene, employee training, accident prevention and awareness, safety committee development, and ensured OSHA compliance. She also oversaw recruitment and hiring for administrative support and health and safety technician roles, including developing job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department leaders to select top candidates.
During her tenure at Hilliard, Kristina earned her MBA from Syracuse University and achieved the Associate Safety Professional credential.
Kristina has held leadership roles that involved coordinating teams, overseeing project execution, and supporting organizational goals. In these positions, she contributed to recruiting, interviewing, and selecting executive directors, ensuring strong leadership for the organization’s mission. Her experience includes facilitating smooth transitions, fostering collaboration among team members, and helping build effective, mission-driven teams. Her robust industry experience and passion for all things industrial manufacturing has ideally positioned her as an outstanding recruitment partner.
